How can I see or cancel my booking?
On "Manage your booking", enter your booking code and the phone number you booked with.
Payment
How do foreign guests pay?
Iranian payment gateways accept only cards from Iranian banks, so foreign guests can pay at the hotel or, where offered, by bank transfer.
Pilgrims
Do you host pilgrim caravans and groups?
Yes. Fill in the groups and caravans form and we will send you a quote and terms.
During the stay
What are the check-in and check-out times?
They are on your confirmation and at the foot of this site. For an early arrival or late departure, please ask reception.
Which documents do we need at check-in?
For Iranian guests, a national ID card (or birth certificate for children); for everyone else, a valid passport for each person, children included.
