What we record We record guests' details (names, date of birth, identity document, nationality) only to check you in and register your stay, as the law requires of every hotel. Document numbers are stored encrypted, and pages show only their last four characters.

Who sees them Stay details are passed only to the competent authorities and to no one else.

How long we keep them Identity documents are deleted after the period the hotel sets (one year after check-out by default).

Payments You pay on the bank's own payment page; card details never reach our system.

Cookies We use only the cookies the site needs to work (language, light or dark mode, signing in to your booking). There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your requests To receive a copy of your details or have them deleted (as far as the law allows), contact us through the contact page.
