Bookings A booking is confirmed by online payment, by reception approving your bank transfer, or by choosing "pay at the hotel". Until payment is complete the room is held for you for a short time.

Check-in and check-out Times are shown on your confirmation. At check-in we need an identity document for every guest (national ID card or birth certificate for Iranians, a passport for everyone else).

Capacity The number of guests in a unit may not exceed its beds (plus any extra bed booked).

Cancellations and changes Each rate's cancellation terms are shown before you pay; see the cancellation policy page.
